I Believe...

That just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other.

And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do love each other.

I Believe...

That we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I Believe...

That no matter how good a friend is, they are going to hurt you every once in a while

and you must forgive them for that.

I Believe...

That true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.

Same goes for true love.

I Believe...

That it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

That you should always leave loved ones with Loving words.

It may be the last time you see them.

That you can keep going long after you think you can't.

That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it has to be done,

regardless of the consequences.

That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the ones to help you get back up.

That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others. Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.

That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but, we are responsible for who we become.

That you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

Two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

That your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.

I Believe...

That even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you - you will find the strength to help.

That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

My Life

It's been such a long time, I think I should be goin'. And time doesn't wait for me, it keeps on rollin'. There's a long road, I've gotta stay in time with, I've got to keep on chasin' that dream, though I may never find it. I'm always just behind it.

Beauty and the Beast

Today is another birthday celebration. Diane, my youngest sister, is 31 today. We are going to the Colorado Ballet to see Beauty and the Beast. Beauty and the Beast has been her favorite Disney Movie since it was first released.

My sister Janet arranged for the evening downtown at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.

We are off for a fantastic evening of ballet and good times.

Happy Birthday to Bill! Bill Welch is one of my most favorite people in the entire world. I am so blessed to know him. His smile can light up a room - he can turn a frown upside down and he makes the world a better place.

These are just a FEW of the words I would use to describe Bill:
Have I done any good in the world today? Have I helped anyone in need? Have I cheered up the sad and made someone feel glad? Has anyone’s burden been lighter today because I was willing to share? Have the sick and the weary been helped on their way when they needed my help was I there? Bill would do anything for anyone. He is the most selfless man I have ever met.

TALENT! Bill was blessed with talented hands. He is infamous with his woodworking. He recently helped Tyler refinish an antique jewelry box for his friend Danielle. It turned out SPECTACULAR. He has made some very amazing things and the results are like no OTHER!

Bill is the most gentle, kind hearted individual in the world. He is always there when you need him the most. Everyone should be so blessed to know BILL! Oh how I love this guy! Maybe someday I will be lucky enough to find a "Bill" of my own!
